Project FactoryCERV Coordinators Needed
We are developing 12 transnational CERV projects across 4 gender equality priority areas, each with a budget of €500,000. We are looking for experienced coordinating organisations to lead these projects.
Each project concept is developed to full application readiness with defined objectives, indicators, outputs, outcomes and budget logic.

FATHERS FOR FAIR CARE (FFC)
Male Participation in Childcare & Dependent Care
To increase men's active participation in childcare and dependent care through community-based support, practical learning, and local awareness measures that promote the equal sharing of informal care.

MENCARE PATHWAYS (MCP)
Attracting Men to Care-Related Careers
To attract boys and men into care-related education, training and employment, and to improve recognition of the skills and value of formal care work in early childhood and long-term care sectors.

PAYGAP REPORT LAB (PGRL)
Pay Transparency Directive Implementation
To strengthen the technical and institutional readiness of employers and competent public bodies to implement pay-gap reporting obligations under the Pay Transparency Directive through practical digital tools and reporting support.

SME PAY FAIR (SPF)
Equal Pay Compliance for Small & Medium Enterprises
To provide SMEs and worker representatives with practical and simplified support to implement equal pay and pay transparency obligations in a feasible, low-burden manner.

VALUE OF WORK EUROPE (VOWE)
Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation & Classification
To strengthen the capacity of social partners and equality actors to apply gender-neutral job evaluation and classification systems and to promote equal pay for equal work and work of equal value.

LOCAL WOMEN, PUBLIC POWER (LWPP)
Women's Political Participation at Local Level
To strengthen women's participation, leadership capacity and sustained representation in local and regional political decision-making through training, mentoring and institutional support measures.

BIAS-FREE POLITICS (BFP)
Reducing Gender Bias in Political Institutions
To reduce unconscious gender bias and improve institutional procedures that affect women's access to and retention in political decision-making spaces at local and regional level.

BOARDREADY WOMEN (BRW)
Gender Balance in Corporate Boards & Leadership
To support companies and business ecosystems in improving gender balance in company boards and senior leadership through objective, merit-based and transparent selection tools.

GENDER LENS MEDIA (GLM)
Counter Stereotypes in Editorial & Digital Media
To strengthen the capacity of media professionals and institutions to identify and counter gender stereotypes and unconscious bias in editorial and digital media content.

ADS WITHOUT STEREOTYPES (AWS)
Stereotype-Sensitive Advertising Design
To reduce gender stereotypes in advertising by equipping industry actors with screening tools, practical guidance, and incentive mechanisms for stereotype-sensitive creative design.

YOUTH MEDIA RESET (YMR)
Young Creators for Inclusive Digital Content
To empower young content creators and youth-facing digital media actors to produce non-stereotypical, inclusive and equality-oriented online content.
